This Privacy Policy explains what information the Nexus: Dot Link Puzzle mobile
application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you play, an anonymous account is created
automatically to save your progress. If you choose "Sign in with Google", we receive your
Google account email address, display name, and profile picture, and a unique user
identifier (UID). Anonymous accounts are not linked to your identity.
- Profile information. A display name and an optional profile photo that
you provide. Your profile photo is stored so it can be shown on your profile and the
leaderboard.
- Gameplay data. Your level progress, scores, best scores, daily-puzzle
streaks, and related in-game state, so we can save your progress and show competitive
leaderboards.
- Purchase information. If you buy "Nexus Pro", Google Play processes the
payment. We receive a purchase token and order identifier from Google Play to verify the
purchase on our server and unlock Pro on your account. We never receive your card or
payment details.
- Advertising data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may
collect your device's advertising identifier and device/usage information to serve and
measure ads. See Google's policy linked below.
- Device integrity. We use Firebase App Check with the Play Integrity API
to confirm requests come from a genuine, unmodified app. This processes a device-integrity
signal from Google Play; it does not identify you.
2. How we use information
- To save and sync your game progress across sessions and devices.
- To operate seasonal leaderboards and show your display name and photo on them.
- To verify purchases and unlock/restore Pro, and to revoke it if a purchase is refunded
or charged back.
- To display and measure advertising.
- To protect the service against fraud and abuse (device integrity, anti-cheat checks).
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. Data is processed by our service providers to run
the App:
These providers process data on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country.
4. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and gameplay data while your account exists. You can delete your
account and its associated data at any time from within the App (Profile → delete account).
You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address above. Purchase records that we are
required to keep for accounting or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained as required by law.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal
information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Advertising choices
You can reset or limit ad personalization using your device's advertising ID settings
(Settings → Google → Ads on Android). Ads may still be shown but may be less relevant.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, server-side access rules, App
Check) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data through the App, or by contacting us. Depending
on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws
(including Türkiye's KVKK and the GDPR).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, within the App.
